Built at the bench

NextProbe exists so a tech on their first day can diagnose like one with twenty years at the bench: the next point, the reason and the reading, in that order.

The company

NextProbe Ltd is a Synapse Holdings company in the United Kingdom. The fault trees and guides are written by contracted senior board techs and reviewed before they go live; the reference values are measured on known-good donor boards on our own bench.

Company number and registered office to be confirmed before launch.

Lines we do not cross

  • No leaked files

NextProbe never hosts, sells or indexes schematics or boardviews. You open your own files on your own machine and they never leave it.

  • No security bypass

No activation lock, iCloud, carrier or MDM bypass, no IMEI or serial changes, no stolen-device work. NextProbe fixes hardware. Acceptable use

  • The tech decides

Every suggestion is logged with its reasoning and its sources. The fault trees run first; anything beyond them cites a guide, a case, a datasheet or a transcript.

  • Licensed knowledge only

Nothing enters the knowledge index without a recorded licence, creators are paid and credited, and a valid takedown is handled within 48 hours. Takedown policy
