Takedown policy
A valid request is handled within 48 hours. Here is what to send and what we do with it.
What we host
NextProbe never hosts, sells or indexes schematics or boardviews; users open their own files on their own machines. What we do hold is our own guides and fault trees, measured reference values, anonymised cases, licensed creator transcripts, Wikipedia passages under CC BY-SA 4.0, extracted datasheet facts with a link to their source, and links to public videos. Every item carries a licence record, and nothing enters the knowledge index without one.
How to ask
Email takedown@nextprobe.ai with:
- what the content is and where it appears (a page address, a board number, a step or a quoted passage);
- the right you hold in it, or the person you act for;
- why you believe its use is not permitted;
- a way to reach you.
What we do
- We acknowledge the request on receipt.
- Within 48 hours a valid request has the item removed from the service, together with every passage derived from it, and its licence record marked as taken down so it cannot return through the pipeline.
- We tell you what was removed. If a request is incomplete we ask for the missing detail; if we believe the use is permitted we say why, and the item stays up while we talk.
Creators
A creator can end their agreement on the notice in it. Their transcripts and quotes come out of the index on the end date, and the links to their videos stay unless they ask for those to go too.
