What happens
An account that breaks this policy is closed. Where the law requires it we cooperate with lawful requests. We do not look inside your sessions to police this; we act on what we are shown and on patterns that are plainly outside repair.
Allowed, and what the service is for
Diagnosing and repairing the hardware of a device whose owner has asked you to, including data-recovery repairs where the owner’s data stays the owner’s. If you are unsure whether a job falls on the right side of this line, ask before you start.
