What counts as a bench?
A seat is one bench. Install NextProbe on as many machines as you like; one active session per seat at a time. Shop plans add benches as your team grows.
Do I need a card for the trial?
The Free plan needs no card. A paid plan takes a card at checkout and charges nothing for 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time from the billing portal: add or remove benches, switch between monthly and yearly, update your card or cancel at the end of the period.
Where are my invoices?
Every payment has an invoice you can download from the billing portal, with your business name and address on it.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Pounds, US dollars or euros. The figures are the same in each; pick yours above before you check out, because a subscription keeps the currency it started in.
Is VAT added?
Prices are shown without VAT and no VAT is added at checkout.

We run a training centre. How does Academy work?
Academy is billed to the centre per student, with a minimum of 10. Students get trainee mode and assessed sessions; instructors get the dashboard, courses and certificates.
