Checked on 2026-10-29 against 2 sources: corrected. CSV model 'MacBook Pro 14"/16"' and info 'MacBook Pro 14"/16" M4 Pro/Max 2024, EMC 8894/8895' changed to the 14-inch only, EMC 8894. Every source ties A3401 and 820-03400 to the 14-inch M4 Pro 2024 (Mac16,8): repair.wiki's board table lists A3401 EMC 8894 with board 820-03400 and gives A3403 no board number, logi.wiki lists it as the 14" M4 Pro, and the Badcaps thread is titled 'MacBook Pro M4 Pro 14'' A3401 - 820-03400-A'. The 16-inch M4 Pro is a different A-number (A3403, EMC 8895) on 820-03396 (separate added row), and no source puts 820-03400 in a 16-inch. Suggested CSV row: 820-03400,A3401,MacBook Pro 14",MacBook Pro 14" M4 Pro 2024, EMC 8894. Consistency review: two researchers returned this board number for the same device (A3401, Mac16,8, 2024), so their rows were merged here with sources and notes combined, and the variant narrowed from 'M4 Pro or M4 Max' to 'M4 Pro (EMC 8894)' because the identifier Mac16,8 is the M4 Pro only. Board-to-A-number link has three sources: repair.wiki (A3401 EMC 8894, 2024-, 14", 820-03400, M4 Pro), logi.wiki (A3401, 820-03400, 14" M4 Pro) and a badcaps thread where the poster confirms the board of a 14-inch M4 Pro A3401 reads 820-03400-A. everymac: A3401 is only the 14-inch M4 Pro (Mac16,8, EMC 8894, introduced 30 Oct 2024). Apple lists Mac16,6 and Mac16,8 under 'MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2024)' with M4 Pro or M4 Max; the 14-inch M4 Max is a different model number, A3185 (Mac16,6), and no source says whether it shares 820-03400, so the identifier field carries Mac16,8 only. repair.wiki returns 403 to the fetch tool and Badcaps renders empty, so the repair.wiki table and the Badcaps posts were read through search-result excerpts and thread titles. Badcaps members note that a boardview circulated as 820-03400-A was actually 820-02098-A, and that no schematic for 820-03400 exists yet. Revision A is a placeholder until Studio records the real revisions.
